I am having problems with my host for the past week. This blog’s uptime was erratic…sometimes it’s accessible…but most of the time it’s down.  I thought it had something to do with the fact my domain’s up for renewal. So I paid the annual fee even though it will expire next month pa. I also asked for the  hosting company to bill me in advance the annual hosting fee and the other extras  I added so I can settle it in advance.

Guess what? Their service continued to suck. So I brought this to their attention…they are not providing me the service they promised me. Good thing they immediately addressed the problem (I think they migrated my files to another  server) without resetting my account. Last time they did that, I lost my web files and they cannot provide me a backup from their server. I had to re-do my whole blog including the posts, which was so tedious.

Lesson learned: back up, back up, back up.
